What if I receive a defective item?
We sincerely apologise if this happens 🤍If your item arrives defective, please contact us with clear photos within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a return or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
At the moment, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or sizing errors. However, if your item is defective, we will gladly assist with a return or replacement.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- Singapore: 5–10 business days
- USA: 7–18 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.
Do you offer free shipping?

- Free shipping is available for West Malaysia
- Shipping fees for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) and international orders vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout
