Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Romiva. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged from our studio to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–8 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that during product launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volume.


2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We currently ship within Malaysia using reliable courier partners such as PosLaju, J&T Express, or DHL eCommerce.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or phone number provided at checkout.


3. International Shipping (Singapore & USA)

We currently offer international shipping to Singapore and the United States.

Standard Shipping:

  • Singapore: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • USA: 7–18 business days after dispatch

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the customs authorities of their respective countries.


4. Shipping Fees

Free shipping is offered for West Malaysia. For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) and international, shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location and parcel weight.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly stated on our website or social media.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before checkout.
Romiva is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your parcel has not yet been shipped, kindly contact us immediately to make changes.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, Romiva cannot be held liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
However, we will gladly assist you in filing a report or claim with the courier service.


7. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 8 working days, please contact us at romivaofficial@gmail.com


8. Pre-orders

For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that these are estimates and may vary slightly due to production timelines.


9. Combined Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the parcel will only be shipped once all items are ready.
If you’d like the in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please place them as separate orders.
