Refund policy

1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our limited collections, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or personal preference.

Please ensure you’ve selected the correct size, color, and item before checkout. Our size guide and material descriptions are provided to help you make an informed choice.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. You can reach us at romivaofficial@gmail.com or via the text box on our website.

To help us process your case smoothly, kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.

Please ensure that the product is returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.

  • Customers are required to ship the item back to us using a trackable delivery service.

  • Romiva will cover the return shipping costs if the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you may choose to:

  1. Receive a replacement (if the item is still in stock), or

  2. Receive Romiva Store Credit equivalent to the value of your item (excluding original shipping fees), which can be used for any future purchase.

3. Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order is considered final.
