Cancellation policy

At Romiva, each piece is crafted and released in limited quantities to maintain quality and exclusivity. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read the policy below before placing your order.


1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to hygiene considerations and the exclusive nature of our limited-run collections, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Wrong colour choice

  • Personal preference

We strongly encourage customers to review our size guide, colour descriptions, and fabric details before confirming their purchase. If you have any questions about fit or material, feel free to reach out to us before checkout—we’re always happy to assist.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing every order, but in the rare case you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

To help us process your case efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item, defect, and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your case is verified, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Return Requirements

  • The item must be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.

  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt as proof.

  • If the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, Romiva will cover the return shipping costs.

Resolution Options

After we receive and inspect the item, you may choose:

  • A replacement (if stock is still available), or

  • Romiva Store Credit for the value of your item (excluding original shipping fees), usable for any future purchase.


3. Sale Items

All sale, promotional, and discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
These pieces are final sale.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, and only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once your parcel has been packed or dispatched, the order is considered final and non-cancellable.
